MÉXICO TO DO LIST:
✓ Visitar La Catedral Metropolitana
✓ Cena @ Restaurante Carolo - Polanco
✓ Visitar Las Pirámides de Teotihuacán
✓ Barbacoa de Cordero @ Rest. La Caverna en Teotihuacán
✓ Comer Gusanos de Maguey @ Rest. Corazón de Maguey
✓ Visitar el Museo Frida Kahlo
✓ Tomar cheladas @ Mercado Roma
✓ Hacerte una perforación en Coyoacán
✓ Ir al Mercado de Artesanías - Coyoacán
✓ Ir al Mirador - Torre Latinoamericana
✓ Almorzar @ El Balcón del Zócalo
✓ Tomar café @ La Casa de los Azulejos
✓ Comer Churros @ Churros Jordan
✓ Cena @ Los Gueros

Three years in the making! Collecting mouth-weathering moments around the world. I have been saving all of this footage from my travels in the past years and let me just tell you... WOW! that's a lot of food. No better time to finally share this video recap than on the third anniversary since becoming a Flight Attendant. It has been a wild ride, but I wouldn’t trade this job for anything.
Thank you to everyone that was part of this culinary journey. Cheers to more years of delicious experiences around the globe!

It's been a minute since I last published a video on my youtube channel. I missed editing and creating travel diaries for you guys. I have been at home for the past two weeks (or so) recovering and looking after my health (not to be alarmed, I'm much better now), but I did have to put on hold my workouts and daily activities. Since I been on bed rest, I decided to do something with all the footage from my recent trips to Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. I ended up visiting friends in each of these places and having a lot of fun.
I'm planning another road trip to the mountains, there's nothing better than driving and clearing your head while being surrounded by nature and good company. Hope you enjoy the short video and photos. Until the next post, xx

You may remember, from my blog post - here, that a couple of weeks ago I had a day in the park with my best friend Nina, her husband Ralph, and there dog Ava. Where we finally enjoyed some good weather in Philadelphia. I had forgotten that in addition to the photos I also took some videos, that I put together with shots that Ralph captured with his drone, and this was the final result.
I think there is no better time to post this video, as Nina and Ralph recently announced that they are expecting a baby, and Titi Natalia couldn't be happier. May this special time be filled with health and lots of love. Congratulations! ¡Felicidades!

Espero que les guste. Nos vemos la próxima semana con otro episodio #QuedateEnCasa *UPDATE: Is unfortunate to communicate that I no longer support Goya Foods, Inc. after recent comments from Goya’s CEO praising President Trump. Breaking the ice with this one. This is my first cooking video fully in English (embracing my Puerto Rican accent), and no, I’m not a professional chef (I was channeling my inner Giada de Laurentiis) but cooking is something I enjoy doing, especially now in quarantine.
I hope you enjoy ¡Buen provecho!

Sharing my (almost) routine during the quarantine, consisting mostly of me spending the majority of time in the kitchen, working out, doing my hair & makeup, taking photos for Instagram, picking up mail, and having a girls dinner date via Zoom. I must say that each day is very different for me, there are good days and slow days. But I have taken advantage of this quarantine to reinvent myself and look for those things that make me happy. I hope you enjoy the video. ¿Maybe I should turn #Quaranthings into a weekly series? What do you think?

Better late than never, finally sharing all the footage from my birthday trip to Paris. I had a wonderful two day trip with my mom and my bestie. Words can’t explain how grateful I am to have been able to celebrate my 25th birthday this way. I hope you enjoy!

Oi! Bem vindo da vuelta, as you may already figure by the title, this post is about my recent and short visit to the capital of Portugal, Lisbon. I was only there for less than a day with the best travel companion by my side, who was willing to explore the city in record time. I have to admit, we were very organized and even had a list of all the places we wanted to visit. As a result, in a few hours, we had hundreds of photos and videos on our cameras and today I’m sharing every detail with you.
Oi!
From the airport, we went straight to the hotel since we landed early in the morning. Since our room was not ready we decided to leave our luggage with the concierge and go for a quick breakfast down the street. We stayed at Hotel Roma, just 10 minutes away, with Uber, from the airport and 16 minutes away from the Lisbon District.
After our much-needed cup of coffee, we walk all the way to the most famous roundabout in Lisbon and where the Marquês de Pompal monument is located, a symbol of the Portuguese renaissance. Near this square, you will find Avenida da Liberdade, which is the main avenue of the city, and Edward VII Park, the largest and most beautiful park in Lisbon, among other attractions such as the Medeiros e Almeida Museum.
Lisbon is one of the least expensive capital cities in Europe to visit. We ate something different every hour and barely spent money. Local beer, Sagres, was our favorite drink during this trip, and let’s not forget Portugal's iconic dessert, Pastéis de Nata or Pastéis de Belém (egg tart pastry).
Some of the restaurants we visited /Algunos de los restaurantes que visitamos:
Pastelaria Namur
(Avenida dos Defensores de Chaves 54-D, Lisbon 1000-120, Portugal)
Marcelino Pão & Vinho
(Rua do Salvador nº62, 1100-466 Lisboa, Portugal)
Claras em Castelo
(R. Bartolomeu de Gusmão 31, 1100-078 Lisboa, Portugal)
The District of Lisbon is amazing, you will find lots of things to do and see. We spend most of our time in that area since everything we wanted to see was relatively close. Our first stop was the Elevador de Santa Justa, one of the most popular elevator structures in the city, which is characterized by its neo-gothic iron design. Also, we were lucky to be visiting on one of the most colorful days of the year, the annual LGBT festival was being held at Praça do Comércio, near other important monuments such as the Arco da Rua Augusta.
To end the night, we visit the Miradouro das Portas do Sol. A balcony where you can appreciate one of the best views of Alfama, an emblematic neighborhood of Lisbon for its medieval structures and alleys. This place has a lot to offer, you can sit down and enjoy the talent of local musicians while looking at the sunset. I’m already counting the days to go back, eat more Pastéis de Nata and explore the rest of Portugal.
