Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Happy Sunday fam! Today I’m sharing a very easy recipe for a healthy and quick breakfast or snack. Smoothie bowls are great for after your workout or even for when you are craving something sweet.

I made my smoothie base with lots of frozen fruits, you can customize your bowl with any ingredients you like. I also added a scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder and one package of Kora Organics, Noni Glow Skin Food Supplement Powder, which contains a concentrated blend of superfruits like noni fruit, acai, blueberry, mangosteen, and pomegranate.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup of frozen Blueberries⁣
1/3 cup of frozen Mango chunks⁣
1/3 cup of frozen Avocado chunks⁣
Half of a frozen Banana⁣
One Package of Kora Organics Noni Glow Supplement Powder (optional)
One scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (of choice)
1 cup of Almond Milk or Water
1 tbs of Coconut oil
Flax seeds (optional)⁣

Toppings:

Toasted Coconut Flakes ⁣
Chia Seeds ⁣
Cashews & Almonds ⁣
Slice Banana ⁣
Blueberries

In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend on low. Add your milk (or water) little by little until you get the desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl and add your toppings. (Super easy, right?)

Needless to say, you can make thousands of fruit combinations for your smoothie and add as many toppings as you like. I hope you enjoy!
