Beauty and Health: Currently Loving

  • L’Bel Hydra Calme Cleanser and Toner- Lately toning my face is really important and after trying out some products this one keep being my favorite.  Same function like a cleaning crew, gently collecting impurities and oil from your skin but also treating sensitive skin.
  •  Green Juice- I'm all about juicing and giving my body all the necessary nutrients with fruits and vegetables. I was making my own green juice with a juicer but since I discover the Naked green machine smoothie I been obsess. Green juice at first could be a little weird in the flavor and obviously the color but once you try it you are going to love it. A green juice will cleanse your digestive system, lungs, liver and uterus. Greens produce chlorophyll, which oxygenate your body. This enables us to release stored toxins in the body. Your hemoglobin (that has a similar molecular structure as that of your red blood cells) will get elevated, improving the blood circulation as a result and giving your body a boost of energy. Most of green juice contains: celery, carrots, spinach, broccoli, ginger, parsley, cucumber, green apples, lemon and kale.
  • Nivea Cell Renewal Night Cream- Every woman has to have a night cream, your face is expose to so many things during the day and a night cream is the best way to take care of those damages. Providing provitamin B5 which helps the skin regenerate during sleep, healthy skin cell renewal, Creatine (a micro peptide, which triggers collagen production) and Collagen (Helps keep skin firm).
  • Nivea Skin Firming Moisturizer-Smooth and toned skin, as simple as that.
  • Chai Tea-If you are a coffee addict (like me); this is a great alternative to substitute your caffeine. Unlike coffee, chai has many inherently beneficial properties. The black tea in chai is rich in antioxidants and the spices in chai promote general health and well-being, as well as to treat various ailments. Chai contains: Cinnamon (Increase circulation and open breathing, increase awareness and vitality, and reduce fatigue), Cardamom (Benefit the lungs, kidneys, and heart. It is also a mood elevator), Clove (Pain-relieving and antiseptic attributes), Black Pepper (Support circulation and metabolism), Nutmeg (Promote the digestion), Ginger (Stimulant for the circulatory and the immune systems) and some other spices.
